By creating an account or using Cana, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. Cana is operated by The Boricua Group LLC. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.
Cana is an income routing platform that automatically distributes your income to designated accounts based on rules you configure. Banking services are provided through our partner Unit, which is FDIC-insured. Cana itself is a software platform and is not a bank.
You must be at least 18 years old and a US resident to use Cana. By using our services, you represent that you meet these requirements. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
You may not use Cana for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
Deposit accounts are provided by Unit's banking partners and are FDIC-insured up to applicable limits. ACH transfers are subject to standard processing times and may be delayed or returned. Cana is not responsible for losses resulting from incorrect routing rules you configure. You are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds before routing rules execute.
Money laundering, fraud, or any illegal financial activity
Violating any applicable laws or regulations
Interfering with or disrupting the integrity of our platform
Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Using Cana for any purpose other than personal or legitimate business financial management
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cana and The Boricua Group LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may close your account at any time by contacting support@usecana.com. Upon termination, your routing rules will be deactivated and remaining balances will be returned to you per applicable banking regulations.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Georgia.
